How it works

Choose a gift. One of our four stay packages, or a voucher for any amount from €30 to €1,000 that can be used gradually for accommodation and extra services.
Pay by bank transfer. You will receive the payment details straight after ordering, with a QR code for Slovak banking apps.
The voucher arrives by email. Once paid, we will send it to you as a PDF ready to print. If you wish, we can also email it directly to the recipient on a day you choose.
The recipient chooses the dates. They enter the voucher code when booking. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from payment; stay package vouchers cannot be used for New Year’s Eve night (31 Dec – 1 Jan). Local accommodation tax is not included in the voucher and is paid on site.
